Superior Pavers are manufactured with a zero-slump concrete mix under extreme pressure using high-frequency vibration to produce a high-strength, well-defined paver.

NOTE: Not recommended for vehicular traffic or use in driveways or pedestal applications.

Sand Set Installation

Excavate unsuitable, unstable, or unconsolidated sub-grade material and compact the cleared area. Backfill and level with dense-graded aggregate suitable for sub-base material (typically 4 in to 6 in. of compacted sub-base for pedestrian traffic, or as instructed by the site engineer, architect, or landscape architect).
Place a bedding course of sharp, normal-weight, washed concrete sand to a uniform depth of approximately 1.0 in. (25mm), leveled to grade. (ASTM C33) A rubber mallet may be used to adjust the pavers. DO NOT vibrate the pavers with a plate vibrator.
When required, cut Superior Pavers with a diamond-blade masonry saw to fit accurately.
Fill joints with sand to finish the project.
