Nitterhouse produced their first concrete block in 1923 using a $60 block machine purchased from
Sears Roebuck Co. Since then, the company has grown to become one of the leading architectural concrete masonry
producers in the mid-Atlantic states -- producing an extensive line of products from their state-of-the-art
manufacturing facilities.
Nitterhouse concrete blocks are extremely versatile and offer a limitless variety of
structural designs. We maintain a large inventory of concrete block in standard sizes and shapes.
Nitterhouse also offers a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors of regular and architectural
concrete block, which includes split face, scored, ribbed, ground face, glazed, and smooth units. We provide design
assistance, custom colors, and color matching.
