Barry A. Diller Promoted to
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

CHAMBERSBURG, PA -- April 6, 2004 -- William K. Nitterhouse, CEO and chairman of Nitterhouse Masonry Products, LLC, Chambersburg, PA, recently announced the promotion of Barry A. Diller to vice president of sales & marketing.

Mr. Diller's extensive career in the architectural masonry products industry started with Nitterhouse in 1984. During the past twenty years, he's developed several new product lines for the company, managed the sales and marketing staff, and was responsible for developing and executing the firm's annual marketing plan.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Diller's major areas of responsibility will continue to be the development of new products and managing the company's sales force. In addition, he will also be responsible for planning the strategic growth and marketing direction of the company and providing preliminary architectural masonry product design support to clients.
