On March 21, 1923, William L. Nitterhouse manufactured the first piece of concrete for his new company. Through the years, with documented success as precast and prestressed professionals, Nitterhouse continued to expand its product line and expertise, capitalizing on the latest technological advancements in the concrete industry.

Today, under the direction of William K. Nitterhouse (shown in above “History” photo), Nitterhouse has grown to become one of the most reputable precast/prestressed concrete producers in the U.S. of a wide range of products, including Nitterhouse hollowcore plank, insulated prestressed modular panels, parking structure components, custom-engineered precast buildings, and architectural panels used by industrial, commercial, and residential customers.
